I found the log for this hitchhiker in my own letterbox when I was doing maintenance. There was no stamp although the front page had a little field mouse stamped on a brown background. I tried to contact the placer, diana, but message was refused. diana's stamp was a brown acorn. There were two other stamps in the log, although I don't think stampers were clear on the concept. Does anyone know the placer? Should I just stop circulating the log or send it on without a stamp? (To me this seems rather stupid, but hubbie thinks I should.) Any advice?

Hi Sister Agnes,
I am the placer, Dale End Farm
It was one of my early carvings, as you can tell.
I am not sure why my email was refused, as I am still using it (for 10
years or so, if you can believe it!)
Diana
PS My sig stamp has changed
Where are you located?

Hi Diana, I live in Arlington. If you will send me an address I will mail
you the cute log, and you can replace the stamp or do whatever you want.
